Sadly disappointed

This is my 4th concert I’ve been to at this venue. Leading up to Jon Pardi, I had nothing but great words and compliments about the arena(besides beer prices.. but that’s for another time) one thing I was always praising the arena about was on how well the concerts have sounded. This time, not so much. The volume was ear piercing, muffled and just not pleasant. I frequent heavy metal shows, and I’ve heard better sounding shows in a VFW hall then it was this concert. The opening act, the group I was with could barely make out what she was saying. I thought it would have gotten better as the night went on, but never did. Not sure if the sound guy was new, but others that I knew were at the show had the same feelings as we did. We left 20 minutes into the headliner because we couldn’t stand the noise. I’m 35 my wife is 32. One of the worst concert experiences I’ve ever had.
